Foods:
Lemon- rich in vitamin –C which increases absorption of nutrients into blood, increase hemoglobin percentage and boost immunity.
Coconut water- Drink fresh coconut water.
Coconut water is rich in potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and
antioxidants.
Spices- Use spices such as garlic, onion,
chilli and turmeric in food while cooking. These spices when taken in requisite
amount of spics in food improve immunity as these are rich in anti-oxidants.
Cumin when taken along with water as a herbal tea in empty stomach and twice a
day detoxify body.
Carrot and cucumber- take carrot and cucumber as
salad before taking main course. This makes body alkaline that improve brain

Good sleep- 6-8 hour’s sound sleep is
essential for active life style. It helps in balancing hormones, reducing
inflammation and boosting immunity. If found difficulty in sleeping, avoid
using gadgets before one hour of sleeping.
Meditation- Having stress weakens immunity hence early morning meditation improves mental health, reduces stress, and enhances concentration. If found difficulty in meditating, start with 10 minutes a day and increase time gradually. Ensure including Pranayam in your daily schedule.
Rest- Proper rest to body and mind
improves healthy life style. Never get compromised for taking rest.
Hygiene- maintains proper hygiene as
cleanliness is next to godliness. Avoid public transport and unnecessary
travelling
