EGG is food that add protein to diet. It is quite easy to cook egg in different ways. 

Sharing easy and quick recipes to add protein straight away. 

Nutrition value: Eggs are rich in protein, vitamins and cholesterol. Eggs add good cholesterol to body but don’t cause adding bad cholesterol to blood.  Intake of eggs reduces risk of heart diseases.

Omelet:

Ingredients:  chilies, onions, oil, eggs, salt, chili powder, tomatoes

Chop onions, tomatos, chilies into small pieces

Break eggs and collect egg white and yolk

Add chopped ingredients and salt to contents

Wink it to mix well

Heat the pan and apply oil to pan

Pour winked egg contents on hot pan

Allow it to cook and turn on other side

Serve it hot

Boiled egg: simple boil egg in hot water or steam

For taste, cut boiled egg into two half’s and apply garlic spice powder to it.

Garlic spice powder:

Fry garlic, ginger in a pan

Add some salt and chili powder

                                              Grind it and add over boiled egg to enhance taste.


Egg Fry: 

Ingredients: chilies, onions, oil, eggs, salt, chili powder

Chop onions and chilies into small pieces 

Fry the chilies in pan with oil 

Add onions to pan 

Add pinch of salt to onions and allow it to fry

Break eggs to add egg white and yolk to fried onions 

Mix the contents well till egg is cooked well

Add salt and chili powder as per taste 

Garnish and serve hot
